Spoiled property by using black colour and dark colours, it's looking depressing instead of natural positivity,they con change all metle black colour in bright white so it will look fresh and spacious instead of sofictication they should go with nature with light colour

This is really great, I think you should add more rubbish bins along the whole track so that people are more encouraged to dispose their trash properly and to avoid littering everywhere. Other than that, overall this is a great step! :)

maganda sana if all the buildings along pasig river shall be required to put LEDs in their respective buildings' facade that will add up vibrant along pasig river at night, and this can be a tourism event at night, a floating restaurant can operate at night and for special occasions such birthday party in the boat along pasig river. The Post office , immigration Office should have LED lights as well

I think the idea and the concept of the house is great, but the interior is too colourful and too arbitrarily furnished to really translate the motto of giving nature the upper hand, simpler and unprocessed natural materials should be used in the interior.

Sana yung mga buildings sa likod ng esplancde ay pinturahan ng bago o mas maganda kung yung facade ay ma remodel para mag match sa Post Office building ang design...simply lang baguhin ang mga bintana, gawing arch design at lagyan ng intricately designed iron grills...

political will is what the Philippine government needs. Its high time that President Marcos issue an Executive Order that all riversides throughout the country should be cleared from houses, warehouses, business establishments etc. they, should surrender all to the philippine government. Riversides should be reserved for walkway park and not to be private property, where these people uses the river as their dumpsites .. its a shame that the philippines become a destination by foreigners all over the world to promote our country as a tourism destination through their youtube channels and yet our LGUs seemed to not care at all... love from 12 million overseas filipino workers

I am not a big fan of brutalist architecture, but this one looks good. Specially in that environment. I specifically like the design of the bathroom, it gives of a post apocalyptic look, where nature has started to reclaim itself.
